2016 Winner Feature: Kellie Garski – Installed by Guelzow Heating

Guelzow 2We received several nominations for Kellie Garski, a 2016 Bryant Community Heroes winner selected by Guelzow Heating! In every nomination that we received about Kellie, it was evident that she loves her community! Kellie gives to the Wisconsin Rapids area and expects nothing in return. She puts her heart and soul into her volunteer work, including the Kiwanis Club, PumpkinFest, Neighborhood Table, Youth Outdoors Day, Cranberry BlossomFest, Student of the Month for several local high schools, Coats for Kids, and Kiwanis Scholarship Committee. “She inspires me to be a better person, and reminds me it is the best feeling in the world to be able to give, and that we all have time in our busy lives to help one another.”

“I would like to nominate Kellie Garski. I have known Kellie since I was a little girl. She is one of the most caring, loving, and supporting people I know. She wears her heart on her sleeve and would give the shirt off her back. Kellie is part of the Kiwanis Club and is highly involved in the community. She tries to make it a better place for our youth to learn and grow. Kellie’s personality shines through everything she does. her laugh and smile can brighten up a room in an instant. She truly is an amazing person and friend. She never lets you down.”

“Kellie plays an active role in Kiwanis Club. She goes above and beyond in helping our community by being a part of the local Neighborhood Table for people to obtain a hot meal. She has helped collect School Supplies for the Stuff the Bus Campaign, Coats for Kids, and helps with an annual Children’s Youth Day. I see her care for others around her and try to help people in any way she can. ”
